- TDT D1 day ago1.0I came to Fazoli and ordered a meal 11.99 (the meal) didnt come with a drink so I asked for a water cup, I got a small and asked for a medium. Marjory attempted charge for me 3 dollars for the fountain water. When questioning the price as a regular customer who had received a water no problem, she dismissed me by saying pull up….while laughing . After waiting 20 minutes I had to listen to workers including her chating and on their phones on her watch as the manager in addition to serving everyone’s food but mine touching things from the ground than touching food, after asking her is there manager I could speak with she quickly proceeded to say theres no one to contact as she is the general manager and this was her store & everyone else is gone because they were doing things like giving out water she then whispered for the cook to put my food in a bag that she had taken behind counters out if view im absolutely disgusted. Terrible experience.
