The store was very clean and the service was lightning fast. The prices of things were pretty aptly priced I would say; my $11 sampler came with enough food for a couple meals for me. Dining in, unlimited breadsticks--need I say more? They were delicious. I treated my mother to lunch and she got a senior combo meal that I didn't even know they had. Surprisingly good deal, recommend. There was music playing, but it was at the perfect level that allows you to talk to your table and keep the silence away. Thank you to the whole team working there, it was a wonderful experience! If I lived closer I would definitely eat here more often.

It is a 45 minute drive to the next city over from where I live to Fazoli's. I make that drive specifically to eat here. Apparently, Jay, the GM isn't a very pleasant person. He's loud, obnoxious and rude to both customers and employees. As I was standing at the counter ordering my food, along with my family and other customers, he is in the back complainly, loudly might I add, that "everybody and they mama is ordering alfredo". Going on and on about the Alfredo. He's obviously upset about it but it is an Italian restaurant. That is so unprofessional and quite annoying. I always order the fettuccine as I did that day but one more experience such as the last two with his behavior, would most definitely be the last. I just don't appreciate it at all. The rest of the staff were great btw.
