- KGKat GirlNov 2, 20252.0If you're coming here, use the drive through, I have never had good service with walking in, the workers are always on their headsets and will not serve you unless there is absolutely no one in the drive through (which is pretty much never) I've even tried to make it easier on them by just mobile ordering so it goes right to their system, instead, upon arrival, I found they had not started my order, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to pay any attention to me to start it. At this point I wish they would just make it fully drive through. Even then with drive though they will often get my order wrong and get agitated when asked to remake the way it had been ordered. Truly very little good to say about my experience every time i stop by this Dunkin, aside from the occasional kind worker, however they are a rare find

I was struggling with finding the barcode in my account to redeem my coffee. The lady at the drive thru was very patient and helpful as I fumbled through trying to redeem my free coffee and I really appreciated it, plus, I got my coffee 🙂
