Didn’t get the correct food or any kind of refund, go anywhere else

Donuts though horrible threw over half of them away and I’ll never step foot into a Dunkin Donuts again be of the price and how horrible the donuts were. If you’re in Columbia and want a good donuts find a Yum Yums donuts are freak’n awesome
- TTtannisOct 19, 20251.0i didn’t catch her name but she had a strong accent , she was very rude and rung up the wrong item for me and my bf and when we told her it was wrong she basically said too bad and she wasn’t giving us a refund because no manager was there, my bf ordered ice cream and she did not wear gloves while touching it and when he told her he didn’t want it because she wasn’t wearing gloves she got mad and said we ordered it so we had to pay for it, as a former dunkin employee this is very unacceptable.
