The last time I called to let them know, they had a very disrespectful attitude and did not do anything to address the concerns, but only blamed the driver. Terrible location, avoid at all costs and do NOT order delivery unless you don’t want half your order.

- KSKayla SmithNov 17, 20251.011/15/25 . Placed an order for delivery. I live in an apartment complex that requires a code for the front door. If a code is not provided typically the delivery drivers KNOWS to try the preferred contact method to communicate with the customer. I have lived in the same apartment complex for over three years and it’s right across the street from Dominos . I have never once had any drivers from dominos carelessly leave my food outside on the ground in hailing weather. I am completely lost for words. NO ONE tried to call my cell phone number to notify the costumer that they were even outside of the residence . I went out to my car and saw my food sitting outside on the ground. The delivery drivers name was D. I contacted Towne dr Dominos , I was transferred to a manager. The manger pretty much stated that ALL they could do is get onto their driver for doing a poor job. Once I paused for a second to take in what was said , the manager immediately hung up on me. It doesn’t appear that the delivery drivers who work at dominos even have a professional role model to look up to. It’s quite obvious that there are new employees coming in because in all of the three years that I have been ordering from dominos , I’ve never once been disrespected to this level. Who do you know would be okay with their food being left outside in hailing wether let alone outside of an entire apartment complex. I can truly say D and his manager on shift didn’t make a single attempt to make this right.
