  Full transparency... I had a coupon for a free medium pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The total was not enough for delivery so I ordered other items to go with it. Delivery and timing was excellent. The pizza crust was so soggy that it fell apart. The cheese in the middle was not melted. I called to report and was offered a replacement. I was informed that all the extra ingredients caused this issue. I was unaware of that. So they said they would send a replacement with less "ingredients". The replacement was nearly burnt and too dry to eat. It was like they used no sauce or it burned away in the baking. I'm not an expert on pizza making. This should not have been a problem from the start. I know for the future. I'll buy sauce on the side for dipping and use a different pizza place.

  I placed an order today but I never received it. I mistakenly marked it as “Complete,” but the order did not arrive at my address.

  I used to have 0 issue with this location but twice now I have ordered 30 - 45 minutes before closed and the order tracker kept progressing as normal but my food never arrived. Support is very unhelpful as the website to contact support has been down everytime I try to get a refund. Id appreciate it if you change your delivery hours if they are incorrect Im tired of wasting money
