I stopped in around 3:00 PM to get something to eat, and they were out of just about everything. Instead of helping the customers who were standing right there in the lobby, the staff chose to prioritize filling drive-through orders for people who had supposedly already paid. I even asked if they could just get me a scoop of chicken from the drive-through line, and they refused, saying that food wasn’t for lobby customers. All of the associates—except for one young lady—were extremely rude. They told me I could simply leave and questioned why I was even speaking up. Another customer asked the same thing I did: why couldn’t we have some of the chicken they clearly had? Customer service is at an all-time low, and it’s honestly ridiculous. I’d stay away from the Worley Street Chipotle for now. Store was so disgusting and Manager just sat there and let her associates talk that way. All I did was come in for lunch what I thought they served.

Every time I order online from this location they forget to include at least one item. Family of four and they either forget chips, queso, taco tortillas (yes, ordered the tacos and they didn't include tortillas), drinks, no meat in burritos, etc. Last night was the final straw when they didn't include our queso, drinks and one of the burritos was incorrect. How can McDonald's double check orders but a place that costs $75+ for a fam of four not have some oversight to make sure the order is correct. Done with this place. Goodbye Chipotle.
