Service was spotty at best and we vowed not to return (never say never!🙂). We came with quite a few reservations, but it was convenient and we were hungry. We could not have been more surprised, let alone pleased. They have a new manager and he has implemented changes that are making a difference. That menu item I hadn’t been able to get is still not available on the menu, but they made it exactly as I ordered it and it tasted just as good as it did all those years ago. Our waitress was attentive and helpful, even bringing us the special menu to help us identify allergies that might be problematic (we never knew one existed!!). We cannot highly recommend enough you eating a BWW in Columbia MO.

People left and went elsewhere as there were maybe 5 tables of guests and the rest were open seats. Yes the service goes to Stephanie for holding down the place and staying sane and the food was awful.
