    So upon eating my bacon double cheeseburger found out that of course there's no bacon on it and my burger is half raw so I called them to let them know that and they told me that that's how all their burgers come you would think that that would be like a gold letter saying that our burgers are raw

    You guys need to change your hours to correct times. If it says your open till midnight and im there at 11 I should not be told to pick up my order that is already paid for at 9:30am

    Mobile ordering is a complete joke. If someone is too incompetent to communicate what you have available and what you don't have, I'll take my business somewhere else that has more reliable mobile ordering that will communicate what they are out of. I went to Pickelmans across the street.
