  It would be nice if they made the drink the way the paying customer asked, like if I asked and payed for caramel it should probably have caramel

  I absolutely hate coffee. This is the only place I actually enjoy it from. Great coffee and great service!

  Today (2/3) I went to 7Brew at a low business time and when I got there, one of the workers is talking to a friend. Normally, I do not care however it was very clear that she was not taking an order as the iPad was to her side. More and more people come and a line is building behind me while the people in the line next to me are getting their orders taken, even after showing up significantly after me. They continue talking and now there is no line in front of the car and I still haven’t had my order taken. 10 minutes later, they finally stop talking and I get service. I am extremely frustrated because I have never had a bad experience at 7Brew but this may steer me away for some time.

  I got a LARGE pieces of plastic in my drink. I am so upset that I wasted money and a drink. I had been drinking plastic for 30 minutes while I’m picking them out of my mouth. I’m furious and it makes me so upset that those plastic pieces could’ve made me choke. Please take this into account and do better. This isn’t funny because everyone else I was with that got a drink, didn’t have these flakes in it. 7brew do better please.
