  Used to love going to Dunkin Donuts grabbing a coffee and donuts for the family on a Sunday morning. However since the new ownership has taken over it is always an aggravating experience now. As soon as you walk in it feels like you are major inconvenience to the employees. When placing your order it is very unlikely you will get what you ordered. I will say I've never been charged for something I didn't get, but rather asking for 2 coffees but only ringing up one then acting like I did something wrong when I ask them to ring up another. It's disappointing, what used to be a nice friendly environment has turned into a toxic atmosphere.

  I want to like them but every time without a doubt, my order is always wrong. And my coffee, always tastes like dirty water. It’s cheap for a reason in my opinion.

  Terrible experience. At the drive thru, I asked for a Sweet On You Cloud Latte and two Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese. Made it clear that I wanted two of them. The guy then told me to drive around. Got to the window and a lady asked me about flavours, chocolate or some other flavour, I couldn’t understand at all but I was trying to be polite and told her no chocolate, though I was confused why she was asking me this as I ordered a latte that only had coconut, caramel and cream on top. I was then handed a strawberry refresher of some sort with matcha cream. Then only given one sandwich. I then told the guy that I ordered a completely different drink and two sandwiches, to which he looked annoyed and told me “Well I didn’t ring you up for that.” As if I was the one who told him wrong when I was very clear. Maybe you should start repeating orders back to the customer like any other decent place does? Obviously he didn’t want to accept he clearly misheard, I told him it was just a misunderstanding and that I just wanted what I had ordered. I go to hand the incorrect drink back to him and he looks at me weird and asks “you want us to remake it?” And I said I didn’t want this, “I wanted my coffee”. I paid for the second sandwich but their attitude was disgusting. I didn’t even want to eat or drink what I had just bought. They were arguing behind the closed window about my drink and my sandwich too. There needs to be a serious revision on the workers at this location. By far the worst coffee place I’ve been to.
