    Jake made me the best whopper I have ever eaten. Mookie and Jada were so friendly and welcoming! We definitely enjoyed our meal and my daughter loved the play place!!!

    They always hook me up and are quick with my order. One time I forgot my wallet and the cashier paid for my order. Anytime I’ve had an issue with my food it was resolved promptly and without hesitation. This is actually my favorite BK in CoMo and it’s my first pick of fast food places to eat when I’m wanting a quick bite to eat.

    Driving through to stop for a quick bite to eat. Pulled into an empty parking lot and drive thru line. Immediately, the worker said, "just so you know, it's gonna be awhile for food to be done. We only have one cook." My wife asked about how long it might take and the lady said 20 minutes. My wife followed up by asking, "even though there's no customers anywhere?" The worker then went off on my wife for asking a question. It's plain to see why this store has an empty lobby on a weekend, especially passing through a high traffic area. Skip this restaurant on your way through Colombia. Unfortunately, this Burger King employs lazy, incompetent workers. Whoever was working on 3/15/2026 around 1745 hours, you suck.

    The most hateful staff works here. We have been on the road all day traveling home so we stopped for dinner. There was absolutely no one in line or in the lot so we pulled right up to the speaker. Before anyone said hello the workers immediately tell us that there’s no workers and that it’ll be a 20 minute wait. I simple ask “is it still going to be that long even though there’s no one out here?” And the two employees get very loud and rude and start saying just because I don’t see anyone doesn’t mean they don’t have orders. Understandable but there is a more respectful and professional way to let the customers know. Perhaps you could have just said “unfortunately we are still experiencing mobile and online orders that we are trying to work through” instead of making people feel bad for stopping and like you’re trying to get rid of them. We don’t live in Columbia so thankfully we won’t have to experience this location again but we will for sure never stop on our travels.

    For starters the cashier guy didnt know what he was doing or how to use the machine at all had to coach him threw the whole process including the amount of drink cups he just rang up to the amount of frys that should be in the bag in all fairness if he was new he had no help the girl in the drive threw was absolutely rude I told her the Dr pepper was out in the lobby asked if she could fill it back there she said if its out out there then its out back here handed me back my cup abd rolled her eyes and continued on with what she was doing . No let me get someone to fix that or give me just a min it was just it is what it is. The food was absolutely not fresh like not even semi fresh the whole experience from start to finish was ridiculous even for a fastfood restaurant. Including being mean mugged by the girl in drive threw when they got our order wrong .
