  I recently visited Arby’s and had a very pleasant experience while placing my order inside the restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally patient, kind, and attentive. He carefully listened to my order and, at the end, repeated everything back clearly and professionally to ensure accuracy. Our sandwiches were expertly prepared and came out perfect. Although some of the exterior signage lights appear to be out, going inside instead of using the drive-thru turned out to be a far better experience. I truly appreciated the professionalism and quality of service during my visit, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

  The Potato Cakes are what I really like, 3 pc, but they weren't cooked all the way. Gross. How do you miss this? They were white on one side.

  Best Arby’s in Columbia! Every time I come here, I am met with excellent and friendly service, clean parking lot and restaurant and most importantly delicious and well put together food. This last visit, Trinity was very friendly and efficient, she answered all my questions and made my visit all the better. My food was delicious and everything was so clean and stocked.
