When I arrived in the drive through i was advised that my ordered showed up on the lobby screen by mistake so I would need to come inside to pick up my order. When I questioned why I would need to do that since my order clearly showed drive thru pick up, their response was, it is just easier for us since it shows on the inside screen. I am sorry but in what world is it ok to inconvenience the customer because theor system made a mistake. What if I had kids in the car, or a broken leg. Very poor customer experience.
