  We just went through the drive through and from start to finish the girl working there didn’t even try to be friendly and nice. We won’t be giving this location our business again.

  Worst blizzard I have ever had. All the chocolate and nuts were frozen hard in the bottom of the container with ice cream dumped on top.

  While I waited 20 minutes for my order there were some things that I observed and I wanted to share: Flies, flies, and more flies. No ice in the ice machine. As I went to fill up my cup, the ice machine was empty. At the bottom of the ice dispenser there appeared to be slimy looking water sitting stagnant and it appeared that it had not been washed/cleaned for a few days. The customer freezer was empty and definitely was not working. Customer orders were taking much longer than normal. (I was told that a chicken tenders meal would be at least a 15 min wait.) A customer was waiting for her sandwiches that she ordered and after her sundaes were partially melted she asked for a refund. The manager finally came around the corner and opened the cash drawer and gave the customer her money back without much conversation and then walked away. She was not friendly, didn't ask how she could make things better. The customer had to ask the employee if she was the manager. Extremely poor customer service. Workers wore gloves while moving hair from their face, wiping their forehead, and rubbing their hands on a dirty counter while talking with customers. I questioned why even wear gloves? There were 3 employees working and the only one that seemed to know what was going on was the employee working the grill. Once my husband and I received our to go meals I told him that I have never seen Clinton DQ look so pathetic and rundown. I no longer live in the area, but it used to be a treat to stop by. This time it definitely was not a treat. We didn't finish what we ordered and felt nauseous later. Also, the restrooms smelled musty, smokey, unsanitary and flies were very apparent. Looking back, I have no idea why we didn't ask for our money back. Hopefully this review will help to make a difference. The health department needs to make a visit to make sure things are in compliance.

  Grandson went in to get onion rings and double cheeseburger andwaited close to an half hour and didn't tell him it was ready then he didn't get what he ordered ñgot single and French fries won't be going back

  This store is severely lacking. I've never been to a Dairy Queen this bad before in my life. The girl at the register has ZERO personality and is struggle bus express. Man in front of me ordered a decorated cake for his daughter's birthday 4 days ago and this poor teen girl had to attempt to decorate it at a lower price. There's currently no manager on duty to complain to and 3 poor kids who are completely lost. The boy is doing EVERYTHING while the other girl is decorating the cake in the back and the girl at the register has to be on something as she moves at a snails pace and her clothing is filthy. Most the tables haven't been cleaned all day.
