- HDHunter DonanNov 9, 20251.0Natalie didn't ask if we wanted 6 or 12 inch, e wanted 6 inch, she gave was fillings and we had to pay extra. She also was very slow and sloppy while making my dad's and have him things he didn't ask for. Brandy was very rude and ignored us and went to the back and I didn't see her again. Overall, very poor experience with the people.

I suggest not leaving 12 year old girls that are too focused on their phones then tending to customers to watch the restaurant every night. I was the only customer in the store today and I waited 15 minutes for them to finish my sandwich because 1 girl was separating cheese for a salad the entire time and the other was in the other phone calling someone on her cell phone. Finally got the luxury of having someone work on my sandwich (still the only customer in here) and she drops it on the ground, and then laughs about it. I go to subway because I’m hungry, not because I want to hang out and listen to gossip and phone calls.
