I have never left a bad review before on anything because I feel like generally people out there are trying and I don't like slamming people. However, after about a dozen extremely poor experiences (my office is nearby), my wife recently scheduled a $350 order pickup for my daughter's birthday party thinking all Chipotle's are created equal. When I got there, the order wasn't ready, they had no record of it, they questioned if I had the wrong place. ultimately after showing the order receipt to multiple people who were completely incompetent, one of the managers ultimately and miraculously found it! They took an hour to put it together and the birthday girl--who was in my car, was an hour late to her 3 hour party. There were a couple employees who did rise to the occasion, emerging from who knows what inactivity to pull it together. One of the managers took my entire hour to goof around with a friend who smelled like weed and was clearly stoned. 2 others were apparently "on break." As someone who runs businesses I am leaving this review for the ownership. Please, for the love of god, replace the chronic incompetence of this location. This is otherwise a great restaurant in a prime location.

And it’s not like I got someone else’s order because it has my name and the elements are there. I ordered salsa on the side but it was mixed in the bowl. Ordered chesse but I got that horrible queso salsa all over it. That is enough to ruin the whole thing. Very frustrating.
