While waiting to resolve a payment issue at the drive-thru, a supervisor/manager made a mocking and disrespectful comment about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. After I responded, the window was closed and I was treated with a hostile attitude. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Last time we went it was around 4pm the buns were so hard my son banged his on the table and they didn’t break or crumble lol. Tonight is the last straw not only did we wait 10 minutes in the drive thru being the only customers there but the buns were just as hard and my husband’s chicken was raw in the middle and their timers tell them when to pull chicken which means they pulled it early even though we sat there for 10 minutes and on top of that the fries were old and re dipped never again. I would give no stars but that’s not an option
