  Can’t say enough good about UKRAFT. Since moving to STL they’ve been one of my favorite spots. The food is legit and their service has always been excellent. Also a fantastic choice for catering.

  Gave my to go salad to another customer and the other customer walked out of the store brought it back and then they proceeded to give it to me. Asked to make another and was told it was never opened. Was told reluctantly that that could make another for me. Will NEVER go back. I was able to return the salad and they did refund entire check

  Called in an order at 12:36. I walk in no hello nothing. I stand by the pick area. I’m watching the workers look at me but they are not saying anything. Now it’s 1pm and I’m actually looking at people walk in and order and get their food before me. So now I guess a worker who’s been looking at me this whole time finally asks me and I say I’m picking up an order give him my name. He says oh it’s right there (behind the counter.) I say will they just been staring at me since I walked in no one ever asked me anything including you. Now you ask after you see I’m getting frustrated and been standing her for 30 min. I walk to the counter I said both of you just looked at me and never said anything. Now they’re all so sorry and offered me a cookie. Which I declined. I stood there for 30 min no one said a word to me. It just sucked that everyone looked at me wait but no one had the decency to ask me if I needed help etc. it’s like they expect you to know what to do when you walk in. Very dissatisfied with this level of communication. Time wasted.
