  I found a piece of bacon on my veggie sandwich. I am vegetarian and was not very happy with this. The cinnamon crunch bagels at this location are very different from other locations. It was very doughy seeming even when toasted.

  Long time customers and today we decided to have lunch delivered to work. One of the meals was missing. When called to talk about it, they transferred us to the catering manager (yelling “Messed up order” instead of a hold or transfer option) and she said that they do not deliver and have only had one order go out today. After giving her our customer id number, she said that I must have given her the wrong number because she couldn’t find it in the system. After spelling name twice for her, we believe she found it but was not certain since we had to recite the order details. She said we could come pick up the missing order. We said that wouldn’t work bc we were at work. She then said she could give us a voucher. After asking for a refund at least 4 times, she very loudly announced that she will send someone to us at in an hour with the order. Two hours later the meal showed up. I normally don’t give negative reviews, but this person should not be a manger. It was handled very unprofessionally. It was a long and confusing mess.

  I am a long time customer but the service and quality are getting so very bad. Typically go through the drive-through which is hit or miss at best at lunch or dinner time ( consistently good in the morning though). For a company that used to be “St. Louis Bread Company”, am very aggravated that they are often out of baguettes at dinner time (5:00). The orders are completely all over the place: several times the Fiji Apple Chicken salad came without the Chicken and with the wrong salad dressing). Kids grilled cheese half the time comes as a small but complete sandwich while the other half of the time it comes as a half sandwich?????). Potato soup is generally missing chunks of potatoes and looks more like very soupy mashed potatoes. I am so frustrated-I know they can do better!

  Wake up blt was a sad Sandwich. I thought BLT meant the sandwich would have actual bacon on it, but it just had sprinkles of bacon. It had five little sprinkles of bacon like bits. I would never consider this a blt and the sandwich wasn’t cheap.
