  Been waiting in the drive through parking spot for a good 10 minutes , no one to take my order. employees standing outside with headsets just talking instead of helping customers. People pulling off because they aren’t taking orders .

  The bathrooms are absolutely horrendous. The smell was so pungent and disgusting I couldn’t even go to the bathroom in there. As far as I know, they don’t clean those bathrooms AT ALL, and they probably haven’t since this place opened. Everything else was okay, service and food were both good. One recommendation is to NEVER go to those bathrooms unless you don’t ever get nauseous.

  at Chesterfield location food came out wrong and also didnt taste good at all. service was pretty slow but they were friendly. The car hop spot we parked in had a pretty broken down machine for ordering.

  We waited at least 20 minutes in the drive through with no movement whatsoever before bailing.

  Ordered online at 11:35. Was in drive thru and place closes at 12. Ordered coney and chilli cheese tots amd asked for five packets of ketchup. Coney was cold and hot dog hanging half off bun without chili. One ketchup packet for everything. Before food cam out and only 11:45 shuts of the lights. If you really aren't going to serve food till 12 then close or change time to 11
