  What is wrong with the guy with violet hair..? I am a regular customer and i saw him speaking rude to many people and to me too. He never speaks good to the customers. I think you should take an action on him @mcdonalds or you may loose your valuable customers

  I likely will not return to this location on Long Rd. in Chesterfield, MO. Ordered online and customized my fish sandwich to have light tartar sauce and to add pickles. What did I receive- heavy tartar and zero pickles. Customized my fries also to have extra salt. What did I receive- undercooked/pale looking fries and minimal salt. Additionally, my customized soft drink was to have no ice- that part they got right however, it was flat- as in lacking the normal amount of carbonation in a soft drink. Aren't there standards to be consistent in these franchises? One expects consistency when choosing a national chain- especially at McDonald's. This location gives McDonald's a very poor reputation. Perhaps St. Louis County Department of Health needs to be alerted to make an unannounced visit.

  This is the worst McDonald's ive been too in both state side and internationally... they make up hours, and are quite rude.. had the pleasure of meeting the owner; ordered a egg mcmuffin and only got a half piece of cheese between English muffins and was told "thats the menu item"... I would rate this a negative 10 if I could...

  I asked for everything cooked to order just to wait 5 to 7 minutes and everything was not cooked to order the only thing fresh and cooked to order were the fries. The McChicken was soggy. The chicken nuggets were lukewarm. Even the cookies were cold.. verydisappointed. before I pulled forward to the second window, I asked the guy in the back Did he get the cook to Order and he said yes, but on the order he didn’t put cooks order.
