  Really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. Our order was messed up, drinks were missing for three meals, and they didn’t even have ice. What made it worse was the employees didn’t seem bothered at all by the mistakes. There was a clear lack of customer service and attention to detail. Do not recommend.

  The service here is downright terrible. I had a friend pick up food for me, and when he arrived he was told that else had taken my order. Instead of remaking my order, they only got half of it right, and I was missing several items. I tried to call and politely ask for some sort of refund, or even if I could just come back myself to get the few things, but the lady on the phone was disrespectful and then I was hung up on. I called back several times and they did not pick up. I work in the food industry myself and I understand that things get busy, but that’s no excuse to forget the golden rule of treating everyone the way you would want to be treated. And even when the store isn't busy, it’s impossible to get anyones attention about missing items, which I frequently have to deal with. I’m just disappointed at the lack of customer support.

  I have frequented this McDonalds for 6 years. The fries are usually lukewarm no matter what time of day you come unless its right in middle of lunch rush. but this experience was has been something different. There is a newer manager that has only been working there for a year or so. Fame, shorter with glasses of indian extraction. I came through and order a burger and nuggets. Three separate times she tried to hand me cold nuggets at the counter. Barely even lukewarm. Like they had been premade for hours. Finally after the third time she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes without saying anything, and requested they make me new me new nuggets. Then when they were finished she dropped the bag on the counter and turned around without saying a word. Now every time she sees me in drive thru she rolls her eyes and turns away and makes someone else hand me the order. Ive never felt so uncomfortable at a mcdonalds before, let alone one ive frequented for so long. After this latest display at the window, i wont be coming back.

  I don't like the McDonald's that do not have a soda fountain accessible by the patrons.
