They didn't have what I ordered and they didn't even wanna look at the receipt and do it right. Little Miss short attitude in there needs to get a grip on her life.

Then the worker was very rude to us when we asked to get something we ordered and they didn’t give it to us. Instead of apologizing she continued to to be rude and act like we were the problem.

Roast beef is tender, warm and very clearly cut from a big primal. Arby's always makes me wonder what part of the cow I'm eating. I also liked that the beef was served somewhere around medium-rare. Add in a horseradish sauce with a kick and the fact their original sandwich without cheese is less than 350 calories and this is starting to look like a place I favor. Very friendly staff and a flavorful sandwich make it a much different fast food experience than other places in the area have to offer. One note: if you're watching calories...their Cole slaw is as caloric as a second sandwich and not that great. I won't make that mistake twice.
