  It's great if you just want a driving range. Their memberships are joke, they don't honor the so called "perks" like the free appetizer with the playmore, the attendants come by to set up the bay, take drink orders, deliver drinks, then they disappear till it's time to pay the tab. Kind of defeats the purpose of a membership if the "perks" aren't there as marketed.

  My company hosted a training at this location in their conference room. The staff was a delight to work with. The space fit all 70 guests with a great lunch. Minor audio issues unfortunately.

  This past weekend we were in St. Louis for the Presidents’ Day volleyball tournament and stopped by Topgolf St. Louis Chesterfield location to see if there were any bays available for our daughters to play before heading back home. When I initially called, I believe I reached a call center and was told that we should have booked in advance and that the person who handles reservations was not there. Even so, we decided to stop by in person to see if we might have better luck, and I’m so glad we did. We had the pleasure of speaking with a manager named Joyce and another staff member I believe named Luther. They were both incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially with such a large crowd in town. Joyce took the time to walk me through the reservation process and explained exactly what I needed to select to ensure all three bays would be side-by-side for our group. She was patient, informative, and genuinely kind. I later realized that I had actually verbally confirmed the wrong location. The one I thought we were booking was closer to our downtown hotel, so we didn’t end up playing there. However, I still wanted to acknowledge their professionalism and willingness to accommodate us on short notice during such a busy weekend. Their efforts definitely did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service like that deserves recognition.
