  We bought a cookie from the kiosk and my 3 year old wanted to grab a prepackaged one from the counter. I told him it was okay and the barista told him to put it back until the order was received by the line. My 3 year old was upset by this. Needless to say, this is was a bad customer experience. There was no one in line or ordering. I don’t understand why she could tell whoever needed to know “they already got their cookie”. Truly bizarre.

  45 min wait to get a sandwich and bag of chips. Place was very slow hard to understand what took so long.

  This Panera Bread in Chesterfield is a dependable stop, especially if you’re grabbing bagels. Tuesdays are a great deal with the baker’s dozen special, which makes it easy to stock up for the week. The app experience here is excellent. Orders are always correct, which makes it perfect for grab-and-go. It’s quick, easy, and reliable, especially when you’re in a hurry. Everything is generally fresh and consistent, but I was disappointed to see that they changed the asiago bagels. They just aren’t as good as they used to be. They are less flavor and not the same texture as before. Overall, still a solid, but I really miss the old asiago recipe.

  Putting a literal sliver of bacon on my quiche does not make it bacon and cheese. Smallest piece of bacon I’ve ever seen for an $8 quiche.
