The service varies greatly from store to store, but the Chesterfield store is better than average. My complaint has to do with the restrooms. I'd like to say this is an isolated issue, but it's true for most of the Bread Co's I've been to in the St Louis Metro area. The bathrooms are disgusting! I'm a guy, so I realise my standards have to be realistic, but come on. Just take a look every once in a while. There's no excuse for the restrooms to be grouse first thing in the morning. No TP or Paper towels at 8:am! Really?! And when was the last time any kind of serious cleaning has occured? The Management needs to take a visit to any Starbucks in the St Louis Metro. Their restrooms are always clean and stocked with TP an paper towels. Dave A.
