Typically go through the drive-through which is hit or miss at best at lunch or dinner time ( consistently good in the morning though). For a company that used to be “St. Louis Bread Company”, am very aggravated that they are often out of baguettes at dinner time (5:00). The orders are completely all over the place: several times the Fiji Apple Chicken salad came without the Chicken and with the wrong salad dressing). Kids grilled cheese half the time comes as a small but complete sandwich while the other half of the time it comes as a half sandwich?????). Potato soup is generally missing chunks of potatoes and looks more like very soupy mashed potatoes. I am so frustrated-I know they can do better!
