Hair in old dry burger. Disgusting. Ran by high school boys with no adult supervision. This place needs to be inspected. Will never return.

Don’t come here in the morning. Placed mobile order. Waited outside for another 15 minutes. No one answering phones nor do they work. No one answering intercoms. Another lady pulled up and asked how long I have been sitting here for. She had same issue along with another customer. Food was cold. No ice in one of the drinks. Would not recommend here. Don’t say you open at 8am if you can’t even me ready at 9am. I had to get out of my car and open door and knock. Employee was hiding in back

this sonic opens at 8 AM. I pulled up at 8:30. Waited for 10 minutes at the drive-through. Nobody ever even acknowledge I was there. I drive over to the front knock on the window and she gives me the finger up like hold on well I’ve been holding already for a long freaking time. Anybody with this customer service should not be in any kind of service business. I can spend my money anywhere they want, and I don’t think any fast food employee realizes that we actually pay their salary in the long run. I think some education needs to be had with these fast food workers and the way they treat their customers.

There was a black hair in my food. I’m talking long black piece of hair. And I’m blonde… I was so gagged I couldn’t even finish my food. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but hair in my food, is a big no for me.

First time customer. Order 20 ahead of time. Got to the order stall pressed the button, waited 5 minutes no one answered. The red light turned off. Noticed the screen was off backed out to another stall waited 10 more minutes. I finally got my order and everything was wrong down to the drink. The fries and tots were very cold. Pressed the red button again waited 5min.
I had to get down and knock on the door. The employee looked at my food and told me everything was perfect and it was not.
They mad another order and they still got it wrong! They need to hire people who take pride in their work. The place was disgusting as you see in the picture when I had to knock.

Because the sad thing is they are not doing anything to make their employees better. I see others with the same experience.
