Im sure minimum wage whatever that is but its the fact they make your food as the position requires and still wants tips from the patrons. We could all just stay away and so would their jobs and the establishment. Perhaps look for better jobs or better yet, the employer needs to pay more.

The kid making the food was very nice and respectful and the birria bowl was good. There wasn't a TON of meat but you can get more for an upcharge. The only reason I may do that next time is because I had so many toppings, which isn't a bad thing. All and all it was a good experience. We will definitely be back. The only thing that would make it better is if they brought back the Mexican gumbo (now THAT was amazing!) :-)
