- SSST2917Mar 5, 20261.0I was overcharged for my food 1st time and 2nd time they forgot an item and I had to go back to the restaurant to pick it up. The employees never apologized or said a word just handed me the item and walked away. I complained to the Corporate Office and received an email from Angie Delancy, I guess she was the Manager, saying she was sorry and for me to send her my address and she would send a coupon for a free sandwich. I did and never heard back from her so I sent a second email and again heard nothing. I contacted Corporate again and nothing back from them either.

Upon pulling up there was no one in line. Order still not right...and not made correctly. No receipt given. Tried to call the store over several hours and the phone is off the hook. Still getting a busy signal. This was never our experience at this location before.
