Rudest man working drive thru terrible customer service. Just lost a customer and didn’t give me a receipt so they won’t get into trouble. Avoid this location at all costs

This by far has been the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager when told that the soda machine in the dining area wasn't working right, he questioned us and made us feel like we were lying there wasn't carbonation in the drinks.
The food was cold, tasted horrible ( salty, dry and overcooked) the floors tables and trash cans were all needing attention. The manager was even looking in the trash can but still not being taken out even though it's overflowing. See pictures

I'm moving my reviews over from Yelp and abandoning that platform. This was originally written in 2013 but they've done the exact same thing to me at least three times now, most recently after they remodeled. This remains one of the worst McD's I've ever visited anywhere in the world. Sadly, it's also the one closest to our house.
Collectively, I've had some pretty crappy experiences at this Golden Arches Supper Club location.
Here are the high points of my experience yesterday:
me: I'll have an egg mcmuffin please
McIdiot: bacon or sausage?
me: just a regular egg mcmuffin will be fine
McIdiot: ok, so you just want egg, cheese and the mcmuffin - no meat?
me: no, I would like a regular egg mcmuffin the way they are always made
McIdiot: so what do you want on it?
me: egg, cheese, canadian bacon...all on an english muffin
McIdiot: ok, now I understand...
me: can I also have a plastic cup for water?
McIdiot: sure (hands me a paper cup)
Of note, the guy after me received two completely different sandwiches than he ordered. After witnessing my order taking debacle he told her not to worry about trying to get his food re-made.
Other low points are as follows:
1. Kid 2 found an ant walking around on her breakfast sandwich one day. I took it back to the counter and a teenager who either worked there or the gas station (not sure which - she was not wearing a uniform) told me that they have a HUGE problem with ants every spring. Seriously!?!
2. Out of shamrock shakes about 2 weeks before their scheduled end date.
3. A word of advice - NEVER agree to pull up and let them bring your order to you - it will be less than 50% accurate. Happened to me twice but won't ever happen again.
4. The hours on the door seem to be more along the lines of a general time frame when they will be open for business than an accurate representation of when you will be able to get something to eat or pickup/return a redbox movie.

The female drive thru attendant with the foreign accent quickly become annoyed when my husband asked for a receipt. This shouldn’t even be an issue.
The restaurant is located on the corner of a busy intersection, but the street lights help with navigating into the parking lot.
With a changed outlook as far as giving customers their receipts, this particular McDonald’s will fair much better in the area of customer service.
