  Took 20min to get my sandwiches. Put my online order in went it 5min after the pick up window and they then just started making it.

  If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. AWFUL service. I am unable to leave because of my job so I had it delivered, I work RIGHT ACROSS the street, maybe 2 minute drive. Ordered at 11:56am, 1 comes around; still no food. Track the order, said it was delivered but was not. Had a coworker call due to me being busy, he cussed at her and said to call back in 30 minutes when the manager was back.. Not sure why they would leave someone untrained alone at the restaurant incase an issue were to arise; like one did. This is the second time this has happened from this location. What happened to “freaky fast”?
