  In spite of someone obviously not showing up for their shift, the folks there stayed after it. It got busy and kept going when, in other restaurants, I have witnessed staff just walk out. Customers can be tough but this crew stayed in the game. I had the gyro and my wife had the smokehouse brisket. Bot were great. Thank you, please tell the crew thank you.

  Pulled in around 1:45 a.m. after driving all night and ordered a large fry. The employee grabbed fries that were already sitting there, so I asked how long they’d been out. He said about 20–25 minutes. When I asked for fresh fries, he told me he would just drop the old ones back into the grease to “reheat” them. That doesn’t make fries fresh — it makes them greasy and still old. I paid $4.20 for cold, nearly 30-minute-old fries. I pulled off the highway specifically for Arby’s, and I’m glad I didn’t order anything else. Completely disappointing experience.

  What can I say your staff is not good. We stood there for a long time only customer and they just didn’t care. So we left after I check the reviews and saw this was normal here. Bad place to stop.
