  Every time I order something it’s cold or it’s wrong. Literally just want to get lunch one time from here and not be disappointed. How hard is it to read the ticket on the screen and give me the order while it’s hot. Literally never going back here again.

  Hate to say they don't even need to leave reviews star I've been there so many times too many teenagers are not getting trained well enough even adults . Plus They have poor customer service and they do not listen to the orders that people make and forget to put stuff on the food, French fries suck I mean COME ON McDonald's they used to be amazing and all you are doing is sucking Oh don't forget they don't even know how to clean off tables and make sure the floors are swept.

  Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in existence. Went through drive thru, they forgot my sauce. Went inside waited at the counter said “excuse me sir, ma’am” multiple times no one would acknowledge me. Finally got mad after 10 min and yelled and they gave me my sauce I PAID for. Got home burger hard as a rock, fries old, and no straws. If you want your order wrong, old, and no sauce this is your place!

  The food is great but the atmosphere of the place doesn't match its basically a plain basic mcdonalds but the service is great but not perfect I recommend if you in centralia looking for some quick food to pick mcdonalds or sonic
