Dont bother ordering online. Just go in person 9/10 the order isnt correct. I dont blame staff for coupons situation, thats the OWNERS choice

I think I get more and more disappointed every time I go into the subway they don’t accept coupons. They don’t have a sub the day. They don’t have any good deals. You literally have to pay $10 or more for a 6 inch sub. It’s not worth it go to the bluebird over in town at least you’re getting food. That’s good for you and real

The young man working tonight, Ashton has phenomenal customer service skills!
I placed an online order but, when I got there, it was not in their system. I showed Ashton my bank statement and he called his manager to ask him what he should do and they made me an order while I was in the store.He could’ve easily said I’m sorry it’s not in my system and you will have to call corporate tomorrow to get a refund and then I would have to pay again for a new order and wait for a refund. That is great customer service and it shows that he cares about the customers. It is very hard to find that quality of customer service in our younger generation. Thank you, Ashton keep up to go to work.
