  The girls who worked in yesterday's shift from 9 onwards, I just tell you that you look at the nopal in the face also learn to be professionals apparently they find it funny to speak Spanish.

  Placed an order in their app and hour before I scheduled the pick up time. I checked in 1 minute into the window for pick up. Food was delivered to my car 17 minutes after end of window. It was made wrong and they forgot to put the ranch in the bag for the chicken. Didn't check until I got home with it.

  Service is consistently slow at this location. All I ordered were 2 drinks and it took 10 minutes

  Literally every time I get a drink and pay for sweet cream and extra re cherry fruit they never put it in. Worst sonic in the area.

  Waited an unnecessary amount of time for food. When I finally received my order it wasn't even my order. Went through the drive thru to address the issue and watched the person in front of us say hello to the speaker 3 times before receiving service. Finally made it to the speaker and was greeted. We explained what the issue was and Blake (who was amazing and absolutely not part of any of the issue at all) made sure to resolve the issue and was kind throughout the experience. We made it to the window and were rudely greeted by a girl who asked “did you need to order something?” We responded that we had already received help. When I went to scan the QR code at the window in order to “rate my experience” as it is labeled I was accused of photographing a carhop. Not a pleasant experience but I wanted to shout out Blake for being 10/10 and working quickly!
