I ate there today. To kind of see what was going on as far as them being my one of my favorite restaurants at one point crispy chickens were good but the fries were just old and cold I was very disappointed and now I can kind of see why it's going downhill and shutting down. I didn't want to be rude and inconvenience anybody by asking for fresh fries after being served other ones cuz it feels awkward and I don't like confrontation and then I feel like I'm overzealous but those fries were legitimately nasty and barely warm it all and old... :(

I was disappointed in my order getting mixed up all three times I went there in 3 days. The service was not great ether. It was also not as clean as most of the other Wendy’s. I like the Wendy’s brand but this store is subpar.

On the night of 10-5-25, I went through their drive through. I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 5 min with no answer from the speaker. Workers. I pulled around to the window and there was no one in there. I decided to come back about 15 min later to experience the same thing except the kid I'm the drive through told me I had to go back around to the speaker. I then sat there for another 5 min waiting for an answer. All I ordered was a small frosty. It took them 10 min to make that. The kid and the crew inside looked very very high. And then after I was handed my frosty, I had to get the attention of them again because the crew member didn't give me back my card. Very terrible service. No place should have workers inside of it working while clearly high.

Nothing but immature kids running this place in the evening. Waited 20 minutes for cold stale food. There was no one in the drive thru or inside & 4 people working. I could hear them talking & laughing the whole time I waited for my food. No reason for it to have taken that long. I checked my food before leaving & I was upset because it was not fresh at all after waiting that long. I thought well whatever I don’t want to wait even longer so I just went home. When getting home to eat my burger was hard & stale & cold. Fries & nuggets were stale & cold. I tried going up there & getting a refund & explained they never gave me my receipt. The manager told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could look up my receipt with the time I was there or by my card & he told me no. I also know the kid at the register could recognize me & could’ve just said yes she was here just 30 minutes ago. The manager then proceeded to laugh in my face with the other kids that work there. How miserable do you have to be to treat someone like that. Especially to someone who had not ate all day & received horrible food & service. Not to mention, the car outside that was honking & trying to get the attention of the kids inside working. Immature. Disrespectful. Higher than a kite kids working. Just rude & gross.
