  The fact that I received a taco that was not only stuck to the paper but also ripped off onto my food is a problem. How long do you actually hold these items under a heated lamp before dispatching them? Tacos become soggy. This is the primary reason I have ceased eating at Taco Bell altogether. It appears that people are not taking adequate care. Providing fresh taco shells, rather than those that have been left sitting, would be an improvement. It is imperative that you enhance your service.

  How hard is it to put sause in the bag when I order it. I literally add extra just incase they don't give me the amount I ask for and everything I order out the put NONE. I ORDERED 4 BURRITOS AND 8 SAUSES CONSTANTLY AN THEY NEVER GIVE ME ANY

  I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered through the app thinking it would be quicker... when I got my food, I asked if the sauce was in the bag that I put in on the app, she replied "oh yeah! I made sure". Nope not in there. I got home to eat and my grilled stuffed burrito was DEFINITELY GRILLED 😱. Maybe it's Cajun but I trashed most of it. Not a great experience.
