  Reagan was very rude told us lobby and playground was closed we came in at 8pm then he said they were out of ice when we got our food Reagan was too lazy to go get containers of ketchup and told us they were out.When I asked for ranch when he brought our food he threw it on the counter and didn't say anything and I had to walk up and get it he also proceeded to say "look theres only 2 ketchups left in the box and tossed them at my family member. I work in fast food and wetger your having a bad day or not you dont treat customers that way. I also watcged him sit on store equipment which is a sanitation violation and would get the company docked on points for inspection... Ray the night manager who took his time to make ketchup then proceeded to give my family member ketchup when he asked for it. Ray also said he realized what Reagan was doing and apologized I would definitely go back if Ray was to take my order and give me the amazing customer service he did after he realized what Reagan did......If Reagan is there when I go back i probably wouldnt want to do business and would ask for Ray.

  If you’re working, I need to grab a quick bite to eat. This is not the place to stop. Soon as I walked in the door, there’s an old lady working acts like she owns the place, complaining and yelling at customers telling them they don’t know what they’re talking about and just being downright disrespectful

  Food was okay, during the day, there is aways a crazy guy who has a restraining order from the building but still goes there and he would act like he is firing a gun with his fingers every time a car passes, during the night there Is a worker there who is old and this man has the worst attitude, he will always get cocky with me while ordering and one time he grab a handful of fries with no gloves and threw it in my bag (the order was already messed up because of him)
