Once though I tried calling about an order I placed online. For some reason the store closed earlier then normal but my order still went though. That wasn't the problem, the woman who picked up the phone was just rude. I've never had an experience like that from a McDonald's. Normally they are friendly as long as you are. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But being someone who has worked in customer service, you don't take that out on the customer.
