I went through the drive thru: The service was horrible, the older lady in the drive through was very rude I waited forever which sometimes is good means your food will be fresh not in this case the cheeseburger looked as though it had been in the warmer for a week and the fries were cold. The cheese burger tasted like paper at 1 point I thought I was paper I was eating.
Save yourself the disappointment and hassle go to sonic right across the street. I am sure the service will be better for sure

Only time anything goes right with this store is in the morning with breakfast crew anything after that you can't get what you want your order is messed up staff is rude trys Rushing you through the line and don't get me started on the ice cream machine never working multimillion-dollar business and you can't even get an ice cream machine to work have been back multiple nights can I get the same results and as the time as I'm saying this I am sitting in line getting half what I want because the ice cream machine don't work once again

They seemed more focused on the rush and getting food out instead of being focused on making sure every order was taken/received accurately before giving paying customers exactly what they said when they ordered. I had ordered triple cheeseburgers with NO onion and a large fry LIGHT SALT and I was given a triple cheeseburger with onion and fries that tasted like they had extra salt in them. I didn't have time to take the food back in or go back through the drive thru again for them to correct it so I tried to eat what I could, which wasn't much at all and had to throw the rest out the window....I absolutely hate spending money that ends up having to be thrown out because the place I got it from has employees that don't truly value their job/income otherwise they'd give their full effort to make it where everything is right and every customer leaves fully satisfied and "LOVIN' IT".... Like their motto says.
