- LCLes ChamnessApr 1, 20264.0It's ok. For a bread co., the selection of breads is pretty weak. Coffee was just ok. Two small coffees and two bagels with cream cheese was $15. Decent place to chill and use the we wi-fi.
- AMAndrea McClanahanMar 29, 20263.0I went today to get lunch at this Panera and it was okay. The food was amazing as always but I came inside and nobody even acknowledged me. Nobody was at the counter so I just ordered on the kiosk. Once I was done I used the restroom and then went back to the counter and asked for a cup because there was someone there now. He said okay and handed me the wrong cup and I told him that’s not the one I ordered. He gave me the right cup but was on his phone and didn’t even look at me. I told him thank you and he says “yep”. There was only like four people working, and also the dining room was a mess. There was trash everywhere, the self-serve drink counter was a mess with sticky stuff all over it, and there were dishes everywhere on the area where they go, and to top it off MOST of the tables were dirty. The only person that said anything to me was the guy that was making my sandwich and he told me my sandwich was ready. whenever I went to walk out, the workers just looked at me and didn’t say anything. that may not seem like a big deal, but I personally do work at Panera and I know that that is part of your job. Very unprofessional but the food was good.
