  Food is just as decent as a chain restaurant can get. Remove the “join waitlist” from the website if it’s not even a useful option. Or maybe the hostess is lying. Idk. 5:20pm 4/11/26.

  My friend Derek always talked about how much he loved Outback when it was open in Ballwin, Missouri. The Southern part of Missouri is pretty weak for good food. I thought maybe it would be a good idea to try this place. When evaluating a steakhouse, if the steak isn't good the place is a no for me. I got a ribeye with shrimp, salad, and baked potato. The potato was really good. It was well cooked, no raw spots, tasted great. The salad was mediocre. It had that been in the fridge too long taste to it. The steak was truly awful. It wasn't cooked enough, and it was a terrible piece of meat. It was very hard to cut. It wasn't hot, it was kinda luke warm. The shrimp wasn't any better. It was barely cooked. I feel like the cook was in a hurry to get stuff out and just didn't care about making the food edible. Their prices are about 10 to 15 percent higher than most chain steak places. My employee ordered a sirloin and shrimp dinner. He also felt the potato was good. But his steak was a couple shades under cooked as well. Total price including tip was $90. I don't anticipate going back ever.

  Mike the server was 10/10 tonight! They were short staffed tonight, so extremely slow service. However, the waiter kept checking in, apologized for the wait numerous times, and kept filling our drinks. I do not know this young man personally, however, the owners of thos establishment should be very thankful to have him as an employee. He made a stressful situation a lot better. Ask for Mike as your server if you go. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Mike!

  Madison was our server and she was so on point our entire dinner! We were a party of 7 and she perfectly navigated our large party while explaining the menu and ensuring we had everything we needed to have the most amazing dinner.
