  Bought a few separate items and 1 of those replaced an item on the combo, but wasn't told about it until after I paid. Shoulda said something before I paid.

  Had to order at the counter because they options were not on the kiosk. Sweet tea was not available in the lobby or on the kiosk! I could not add tomato to my sandwich. And then we were brought our food with out my drink. I was almost done eating when I decided to go to the counter for the sweet tea.

  I recently had a horrible encounter with the McDonalds staff on Broadway. I order from here often and the food is always pretty good but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I had placed an order for a drive through order but had forgot my friends car dies when it’s at idle too long so we thought it would be ok for us to just come pick it up inside, apparently that was not the case. We heard the workers in the back talking badly about us and being very loud about it, loud enough for the whole lobby of McDonald’s to hear. My friend and I left nearly in tears. I usually never leave reviews but unfortunately something has to be said. I’ve never felt so ashamed to go pick up food.

  The stuff was good but we found a literal hair imbedded in the ice cream cone don’t even know how but that was disgusting and it was pretty slow but it wasn’t bad just do better…
