  Two times now it has taken an hour to get my food. Once they forgot the avocado spread that I paid extra for. Then when they were hour late this time and I called to check I asked them to please make sure it's on my sandwich. My food finally arrived and it still wasn't on there. I'm done ordering from this branch unfortunately.

  Slow, online orders dont get looked at until you pick it up, any specific instructions are ignored i won't be back

  Ordered the Little Johns for lunch. Bread hard as toast and obviously state. Called back on Friday 11/21 at lunch to give them a try again and to let them know about the previous problem and the female I spoke to said the Little Johns bread is usually hard and that she hoped they will not be stale today. Immediately cancelled our order. Horrible attitude by that staff member.
