  This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever had. Their service is so slow i have waited multiple times over a hour for my food which wasn't delivered by Jimmy John's but by Uber eats and was the complete wrong food. Don't order from this place

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I’m about a week late posting this review, but this has happened to me NUMEROUS times with this specific location. I ordered one single sandwich, with no special customizations or anything, at 11:50 on a Saturday. I get a text around 12:20 saying my order has been cancelled. Confused, I call them at 12:33 to ask what happened. They said the uber eats driver never came to pick it up, but they would send one of their own drivers to deliver it. As much as I hate uber eats and desperately wish they would just use their own drivers in the first place, I said that would be fine and thank you. The sandwich never comes. I call back at 1:17. A different person answers the phone, and basically explains that my sandwich was forgotten about. He was nice enough and apologized which I appreciate, but I’m just so sick of this happening. The last 3 times I’ve tried to order delivery I haven’t gotten my items. I ended up asking for a refund because my lunch break at work was long over by 1:17, and I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a sandwich that I ordered almost 2 hours before. Dear god please Jimmy John’s get your act together, this should not happen every single time I make an order. So much for “freaky fast delivery,” that’s an absolute joke.

  Great Greek gyros however, make sure you tell them to add extra sauce. Check bag before you leave. They charge for Xtra sauce but my last visit it was not in my bag. I paid for it but did not receive it. I called and they said, they would do better. Good enough for now!

  When did Jimmy John's become freaky slow? I ordered my sandwich at 1:44 p.m. it's currently 2:45 and it says estimated delivery time of 3:01 p.m. why is it over an hour and why are they outsourcing to Uber? I honestly thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be freaky fast. I am extremely pregnant and I just wanted my sandwich. Worst service ever!!!
