    We ordered 2 sandwiches, one had maybe 2-3 things on it oil, pickles, pepper and a few other items. They didn’t put any oil, pickles or pepper. When we called In hopes they’d make something better for us, the lady on the phone acted like it was our fault, simply saying “Well… we are out of pickles” okay? That’s 80% of my sandwich, do something, I spent 22$ for an almost plain sandwich because of them. They didn’t tell us they’d replace it, they didn’t take our names down, they didn’t tell us they where out of pickles when we went to pick it up. it’s just a upsetting experience

    Have ordered food there multiple times and have wrong orders missing items incorrect items have asked for extra meat and cheese and theres is extra nothing but im still charged for it, pathetic.

    I am a Door Dasher & the workers were in the back and I had hard time getting their attention once I did they still had to prepare order and it was not busy at all

    Found out today it is under new management since the last time I went and I could tell! Kinder manager, nice atmosphere, and fresher food! Loved it and am glad I have a closer Subway I can go to!
