The employees are great but the fact that they are always out of multiple items is insane . The $4 meal comes with an apple pie but they never have them and if they do its literally a Christmas miracle. I just had to pay to upsize my meal because they were out of small cup lids . That should have been a FREE upgrade. I asked for ketchup in the bag ,lo and behold ,they are out of ketchup . Corporate get your crap together . I understand sometimes establishments will be out of things , but every single time ???? Also ,I just spent $18.52 for TWO $4 meals and a small cheesestick that is priced at less than $4 . I know darn well the tax is not $6 . The math is definitely NOT mathing to me on that equation. This is CLEARLY a management issue . Do your jobs !!

They got their food sat down & ate I went to the restroom at the gas station next door came back & my food still wasn't done & even the customer who ordered after me got his food & left. I finally get my food & I received the wrong flavor shake I asked for, my chicken bites were rubbery & cold & my fries were super salty. I did however enjoy my mozzarella sticks. I don't even eat rallys like that this was probably my 3rd time ever purchasing food from rally, but now I definitely will never do it again.
