- SDstephen dowdyMar 3, 20265.0Got the MVP bag with double cheeseburger. Food was good. I thought it was a good deal. That much food for $5 way better than most fast food.
- NHNicholas HesterFeb 13, 20261.0I came through the drive through and ordered less than $10 worth of food. There was one person ahead of me. While ordering I was asked about sauce and I ordered cheese on the side and marinara for my cheese sticks. At the drive through I paid and was told to pull around which is typical when going to rally’s and not a big deal. I waited in the parking space for 20 mins and could see people going through the drive through and getting their food so I finally went back through and asked for my food or if I could get my money back and the employee asked what I ordered and after telling him he said it was ready and to pull through the window and get it. I parked and walked up to the window since there were two cars at the window. The employee handed me my bag and I checked it. No sauce and when I asked and said the cheese and marinara was missing the employee responded with “we’re out”. So I asked for my receipt. It’s just crazy they were that slow and forgot to bring me my food… and then couldn’t even give me what I ordered and paid for. After filling out a survey a manager texted me a few days later and requested more information on the situation so I replied with my story and never heard anything back. After reading other reviews you all should really consider your approach to remedying complaints from your customers. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.
