I rarely write reviews, but this was warranted. I ordered through the drive thru. I was one of only two ppl in line. The hamburger buns were harder than a rock. The cheeseburgers which were supposed to have extra onions (as shown on the tickets) were plain! Incompetent business.

Went through the drive through ordered a #9 with ketchup, mustard, and pickle only.they both only had ketchup and onions. The #9 also came with a large drink and small fry. Thought it was supposed to be a medium.
Also ordered two spicy McChickens and they were hard and my large fry was half full.

Spent 30 minutes at the counter with workers looking at me before I left because nobody was coming to assist anyone inside the building. Decided instead to get mcds breakfast this morning at 6 and the hash browns are cold and soggy.

Meat patties were cold and hard, and the chicken was cold. Coffee had black floating things.

I already made my review, I will not click on your link. You can provide a real response here. Goes to show how little you care about your customers. You want more info to make your service better, have the manager of the store reply here, directly to me.
