I called 24 hours before going to order , and was told I didn't need to preorder or prepay just come in, or through the drive thru, they always had the particular box I was asking for. So I just go, first thing in the morning. And nope they do not have them can they make a substitution. No my pregnant daughter asked for that box specifically! Or I could drive an hour away and get them ! Seriously. Why couldn't you just take my order and payment yesterday so they'd be there . Terrible customer service
