  I spent $18.77 to only not have most of my things I order in stock and not to tell me they substituted 1 of the things for something totally different and to tell me they can’t give me a refund I have to call corporate so I did the same night and I had to put in a request they have not got back to me yet it’s been 3 days I want my money back please I didn’t even eat the food tossed it so please get back to me thank you. Edit Got a call back only for a free meal no refund never coming back here again! Other fast food places does do refund such bullshit. Very upset with this company.

  Terrible service all around spent almost $20 just for them to one not have a working ice cream machine which there should be a thing in place to where you shouldn't be able to order it if they dont have it in stock 2 we order a 6 piece mozzarella stick and they didn't even give us that nor did they inform us that they were out of stock of that either so they just gave us a random thing also the large fries were half assed too overall we'll never be eating here again I'd rate this place 0 stars if I could

  Fish sandwich was excellent! Lady working the drive thru on the other hand had 0 personality and just handed my bag out the window with no communication and closed the window. Needed some Arby's sauce and had to flag her to respond. Only needed a couple and she handed me a handful. 2/13/26 @ 4pm.

  I mean it is an Arby’s so the food is fast food but it was hot and fresh and served with a smile.
